Guests can cancel their booking up to 5 days before the check-in date and receive a full 100% refund of the total booking amount.

All eligible refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Non-Refundable Period
Cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date will be non-refundable, as rooms are held and prepared exclusively for your arrival.
This includes late cancellations, last-minute changes, or failure to check in on the scheduled date (no-shows).
No refund or credit will be applicable in such cases.
3. Booking Modifications
We are happy to assist you with any changes to travel dates, room type, or guest details, provided the request is made before the free-cancellation period ends and subject to room availability.
Modifications requested within 5 days of check-in will be treated as cancellations and will follow the non-refundable policy.
4. Third-Party Bookings
If your reservation was made through an external travel platform such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, or Booking.com, please follow the cancellation process on that platform.
Sampige Resort will strictly adhere to the cancellation and refund conditions shown at the time of your booking on that site.
5. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of unforeseen events like natural calamities, government travel restrictions, or medical emergencies, the resort management may, at its discretion, offer a rescheduling option, credit voucher, or a partial refund.
Such cases are handled individually to ensure fairness and guest satisfaction.
