Welcome to Sampige Resort, where we aim to provide a comfortable and memorable stay for every guest. By confirming a booking or checking in, you agree to abide by the following terms, conditions, and resort rules.

1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

  • Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

2. Guest Eligibility & Identification

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
  • Unmarried couples are allowed at the property.
  • Local IDs are accepted.
  • Accepted ID proofs: Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or any Government-issued ID.
  • PAN cards are not accepted as valid ID proof.

3. Visitor & Event Policy

  • Private parties and events are permitted with prior approval from the management.
  • Guests are not allowed to invite outside visitors into their rooms without consent from the front desk.
  • The resort reserves the right to deny entry to unregistered visitors or limit access to certain areas.

4. Smoking & Alcohol Consumption

  • Smoking is allowed within designated areas of the resort.
  • Alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises without restriction, provided it does not cause inconvenience to other guests or staff.
  • Guests are requested to drink responsibly.

5. Food & Beverage Policy

  • Outside food is not allowed inside the property.
  • The resort offers in-house dining services for all meals and beverages.
  • Food delivery from external vendors is not permitted.

6. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed at the property.
  • There are no pets living on the premises.

7. Accessibility

  • The property is wheelchair accessible. Guests who use wheelchairs are requested to carry their own equipment for convenience.

8. Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • One extra bed/mattress can be provided in a room, subject to availability.
  • Extra mattress charges:
    • ₹1000 per child (payable at the property).

    • ₹1500 per adult guest (payable at the property).

    • The number of extra occupants per room is limited to ensure guest comfort and safety.

9. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other occupants and staff at all times.
  • Any misbehavior, nuisance, or unlawful activity may lead to cancellation of stay without refund.
  • The management reserves the right to evict guests causing disturbance or damage to property.

10. Liability & Damages

  • The resort will not be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings unless caused by staff negligence.
  • Guests are liable for any damage to rooms, furniture, or resort property caused during their stay.
  • Charges for damages will be determined by the management.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Guests can cancel their booking up to 5 days before check-in for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable.

12. Force Majeure & Emergencies

  • In case of unforeseen events such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or health emergencies, the resort may offer date reschedulingcredit vouchers, or partial refunds, depending on circumstances.

     

13. Third-Party Bookings

  • For reservations made via MakeMyTripGoibiboBooking.com, or any other third-party platform, the terms, conditions, and refund policies of that platform will apply. Sampige Resort will follow the same terms as displayed on your booking confirmation.

     

14. Legal Disclaimer:

The information, services, rates, packages, and facilities displayed on this website are provided for general informational purposes only and are subject to change, modification, or withdrawal at the sole discretion of Sampige Resorts without prior notice. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation, and no contractual relationship shall arise unless expressly confirmed by the resort in writing. Images, descriptions, and representations of rooms, amenities, and services are indicative in nature and may differ from the actual offerings.

Sampige Resorts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, reliance on its content, or any booking made through it, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. The resort disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
